– experienta in domeniu de service, mentenanta in cadrul cladirilor de birouri si cartiere rezidentiale.
– cunostinte tehnice avansate referitoate la functionarea sistemelor si echipamentelor de instalatii din cladiri.
Responsabilitati:
– coordoneaza echipa tehnica din cadrul proiectului.
– monitorizeaza desfasurarea activitatii de mentenanta.
– intocmeste si monitorizeaza indeplinirea planurilor de mentenanta predictiva si preventiva.
– gestioneaza relatia de comunicare cu beneficiarii.
– propune solutii tehnice si intocmeste devize.
– gestionarea garantiilor echipamentelor si a elementelor de constructii din proiect.
